SOUTHWEST FLORIDA BIRDS – WORKSHOP
FEB. 19TH - 22ND, 2026
3 Spaces Available!

Join acclaimed wildlife photographer, Emily Carter for an unforgettable workshop in the natural wonders of Southwest Florida, timed perfectly for the golden light of sunrise and sunset. Over four immersive days, you’ll capture the charismatic burrowing owls of Cape Coral, dramatic sunsets over the Gulf, and the rich biodiversity of Sanibel Islandโs famed Ding Darling refuge. Begin each day in the serene stillness of dawn, photographing marshes and mangroves alive with birds, then enjoy relaxing midday breaks and expert-led editing sessions. You’ll even set sail on a dolphin-and-sunset cruise for magical over-water shots. With expert photography instruction, thoughtfully planned outings, delicious local dining, and photo opportunities around every corner, this workshop is a perfect blend of inspiration, instruction, and adventure!
We have rented a beautiful private home in Fort Myers with a swimming pool for this workshop.
